- Final Sale: Once the manufacturer’s original shrink-wrap, seal, or packaging of an item has been broken or tampered with, that product is considered used and is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We enforce this policy unconditionally to guarantee that every customer receives a 100% pristine, sanitary, and brand-new product.
2. Eligible Returns (Unopened & Sealed Items Only)
We accept returns only for products that are in their original, unaltered condition. To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
- The item must be 100% unopened, unused, and completely sealed in its original manufacturer’s packaging (including intact shrink-wrap and security seals).

support@gobblove.comwithin 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be processed. - The product must be shipped back to our designated return address within 7 days after your RMA request is approved.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns of unopened items (e.g., buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
- Shipping Recommendations: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, an electronic malfunction, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong product:
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue to our support team within 72 hours of delivery.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Note: Products that have suffered physical damage due to customer misuse, improper charging, or lack of care do not qualify as defective.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Inspection: Once your return package is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days to verify that the manufacturer’s seals are fully intact.
- Approval Notice: We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.
- Credit Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal account or Credit Card).
- Bank Processing Delays: Please note that financial institutions and credit card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account statement.
6. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or packaged by our logistics team, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled or intercepted. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard “Unopened Items” return process.
